Fun feature!

A member of our sales team was recently out and about and spied this great use of TGWC wrap in a window display by Shreve & Co. in San Francisco.

GIFT WRAP… not just for gifting anymore!

(However if anyone wants to gift me something from Shreve & co I have no problem with that!)

Chelsea Market

We actually had some downtime on Saturday after we finished our booth set-up so we ventured to Chelsea Market by way of the High Line. This was such a treat! The High Line is a walkway built on old train tracks above street level on the West Side. Since it’s sort of a raised public park with a variety of greenery and art installations, it was a wonderful respite from the noisy streets below.

Taking a Walk on the High Line

This was my second time taking in the gloriousness that is Chelsea Market. It is my very favorite part of New York City at the moment. The food-lover’s paradise is housed in an old factory and contains all of my favorite things under one roof: several bakeries and restaurants, specialty gift shops for the gourmet enthusiast, and an Anthropologie. The Food Network also calls Chelsea Market home and there are tours offered, but I have yet to partake – it’s on my list of things to do, of course! We all enjoyed our meals at Friedman’s Lunch and then I got my dessert fix right across the way at  the Doughnuttery. (The Doughnuttery! Is that not the cutest name?!) I really could spend all day – or maybe even several days – in this place.

Heaven on Earth? Yep, I found it!

The Gift Wrap Girls go to NYC

Every year the gift wrap girls travel to NYC to help set up The Gift Wrap Company Booth at the National Stationary Show, along with the sales team. With a lot of hard work and planning, it comes together in a great display of all our products.  Here are some behind the scenes pictures of our set up. If you are in New York City May 19-22, Please stop by the Javits Center, Booth # 2920 to say hello and see how our booth turned out
